The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning Internal Revenue Code section 501 (c) (3), including educational purposes. The purposes this corporation shall include offering certificate programs and Associates Occupational Studies (AOS) degrees in computer game development (both in 3D animation and programming), 3D animation for film, TV, visualization and associated industries. AIE - LA was formed to address the needs in Louisiana for a well-rounded vocational education resulting in a Certificate/Advanced Diploma and AOS in game software design, production and 3D animation that apply to video game development, and also the need for the establishment standards and practices in the fields video game quality assurance and video game production.

TO FIND SOLUTIONS FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH NOW AND FOR THE FUTURE BY UTILIZING KNOWLEDGE OF PATIENTS, LEADING RESEARCHERS AND TECHNOLOGY TO SEEK IMMEDIATE SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF THOSE LIVING WITH UNTIL A TREATMENT OR CURE IS FOUND; DISCOVER WHAT CAUSES ; DEVELOP MODELS TO UNDERSTAND AND SCREEN FOR DRUG AND CELLULAR THERAPY; DISCOVER THERAPIES THAT COULD SUBSTANTIALLY SLOW OR HALT THE PROGRESS OF AND ULTIMATELY CURE THE DISEASE; PROVIDE ALL GATHERED INFORMATION FREE FOR WORLDWIDE USE BY CLINICIANS, SCIENTISTS AND PHARMA TO RAPIDLY ADVANCE THERAPEUTICS.
