ADDITIONALLY, TRF PROVIDES FUNDING FOR PROJECTS WHICH EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS FOLLOWING PHILANTHROPIC OBJECTIVES: HEALTHY PEOPLE - TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE AND PROMOTE HEALTHY BEHAVIORS. EDUCATION - TO INCREASE LEVEL OF EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT AND ACHIEVEMENT AS PRIMARY PATH TO IMPROVED ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND HEALTH STATUS.
