Grants and in-kind support to USA technology startups working to address environmental and climate crises. In addition to a cash grant, grantees will receive networking benefits, individualized coaching and mentorship, and special deals from top vendors. Early-stage climate and sustainability tech startups that focus on circular economy, climate tech, decarbonization, sustainability, renewables, conservation, or environmental justice are encouraged to apply.
The gener8tor Sustainability Accelerator Flagship 2022 program is open to any startup that is focused on solving, mitigating, or adapting to the current climate and environmental crises and engages with founders that reflect the diverse communities impacted by climate change. The program offers 12 week, investment-based programs for early-stage startups.
The gener8tor Sustainability Accelerator is seeking to invest in cutting-edge startups and will provide them with the coaching and connections they need to build and grow their business.
Gener8tor prioritizes startups focused on driving systemic change at the corporate, government, and community level, as well as founders that embrace sustainability as a way to transform antiquated industries.

The gener8tor Sustainability Accelerator invests in five cutting-edge sustainability and climate tech startups.
Selected teams will receive:
- A $100,000 investment in return for 7% equity in their company using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).
- Strategic network benefits, including highly relevant and impactful connections to corporate partners, investors and experienced mentors to help scale impact and build relationships within the cohort of five companies and the community of gener8tor alumni.
- Twelve weeks of individualized coaching and mentorship from the gener8tor team during bi-weekly, one-on-one meetings:
(i) One-on-one meetings with 100+ mentors including serial entrepreneurs, industry experts and investors.
(ii) Weekly cohort programming on relevant and impactful topics.
(iii) Exclusive Premiere Night reception during which participating companies have the opportunity to pitch to an audience of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and community members.
- $1M + in deals and perks from vendors like IBM Cloud, Rackspace, Amazon, PayPal, Zendesk and Microsoft.
