Grants to USA nonprofit organizations, teachers, principals, school faculty, PTA groups, and other K-12 school-affiliated organizations in eligible southeastern states for enhanced education programs in K-12 classrooms. Funding is intended to support opportunities for educational enrichment in the areas of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math), sports, music, and culinary arts programming. Eligible states include Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
The Krystal Foundation's mission is to strengthen, enhance and enrich Krystal’s neighborhood schools and families. Through their Squaring is Caring grants program, the Foundation provides need-based grants to communities in their 11 states, to make further investments in STEAM education in their classrooms.

K-12 schools or nonprofit organizations must be within the Krystal footprint (11 states).
The grant window is currently open February 1, 2019 to February 28, 2019.
You are encouraged to apply as many times as you like; however, grant recipients are only eligible to receive a grant once within a 12 month period. Generally, grants are not made for organizations that are not 501(c)3, religious organizations, wages, transportation, field trips, conferences, or scholarships.
