Grants to Louisiana nonprofit organizations in eligible locations for programs that improve the quality of life for local residents. Consideration will be given to proposals that align with the following program areas: youth development, arts and humanities, environment, community development, human services, education, health care, and community building. The Fund will only consider support for programs that serve the Norco community and its residents.
The following types of funding will be considered:
Grants to support services to Norco residents with priority given to: children and youth services, elderly services, human services, health care/wellness services, and basic human needs;
Organizational development grants, including capital expenses for facilities or equipment, for Norco-based organizations;
Grants to support community events that promote civic pride and a sense of community in Norco.
